Always treated with kindness and consideration. All the staff were of a high standard especially my care coordinator from Grays Hall,Otam. The unit at Basildon hospital was much improved.

The initial access to treatment was difficult.

On the whole I was treated with empathy, care and understanding by the vast majority of the wards staff - thank you to all.

I felt that the lead psychiatrist could have been at times a little more compassionate and empathetic.

I have never had such a caring experience although its my first time I am very happy that I have received the help I needed.
